PEER ENDORSEMENT (Viva/PES)

Requirements:

  • Preference: Different institutes
  • Timing: After completing all Case Studies

How It Works:

  1. Choose 5 evaluators
  2. They fill Google Form (dashboard)
  3. Endorsement = Learning validation
  4. No rating/scoring

Silver Ticket:

  • Evaluate 25+ people → Teaching team evaluates you
  • No peer evaluation needed

✅ Requirements:

  • 100% attendance (1 day leave allowed)
  • ViBe course 100%
  • All Case Studies
  • Assigned project
  • 5 peer endorsements

📜 Certificate:

  • Info: NPTEL website
  • Recommendation letters: Instructor discretion

⚠️ Late submission = Defaulter flag

TERMINATION POLICY

Reasons:

  • Attendance non-compliance
  • Missing milestones
  • Camera OFF violations
  • Academic overlap

Important:

  • ⚠️ Final (no appeals)
  • ⚠️ No rejoining
  • ⚠️ Must reapply for future
  • ⚠️ Funding not guaranteed

Warnings: 2 maximum before termination
